At home or in the gym

Rowing machines are a popular choice for home exercising. They provide an ideal alternative to rowing at your local gym or club and can supplement your other training.

Almost every gym in the country has rowing machines. Just ask an instructor to provide you with a simple introduction to indoor rowing technique or join an indoor rowing class.
